We are looking for three IT technician profiles to contribute to the development of an innovative European research infrastructure aimed at integrating data from the solid Earth sciences (https://www.epos-eu.org/). Integration takes place through the EPOS Data Portal, a platform that allows users to search, download, and analyze data from scientific communities through a single map-based web interface using geolocated data.

Arrivano dei momenti in cui, magari in maniera quasi inaspettata, ci si ritrova a tirare le somme di tutto il lavoro fatto negli anni precedenti.

Quel tipo di lavoro certosino, fatto di piccole limature quotidiane, di microscopici avanzamenti di cui forse nemmeno ci si rende conto. Anzi, a volte sembra di rimanere fermi. Poi arrivano queste occasioni in cui…. BUMM…. tutto viene illuminato da una nuova luce e il puzzle si ricompone.

Stiamo cercando tre figure professionali di tecnico informatico per collaborare alla realizzazione di un’infrastruttura di ricerca europea innovativa con l’obiettivo di integrare dati e servizi nel dominio delle scienze della Terra solida. L’integrazione avviene tramite un sistema avanzato, gli Integrated Core Services (ICS), che permette di ricercare, scaricare e analizzare dati delle comunità scientifiche da un’unica piattaforma e interfaccia web basata su mappa, con dati geolocalizzati.

Il bando di concorso è finanziato dal progetto EPOS-MIUR, la durata del contratto è pari a un anno, con la possibilità di rinnovo. L’inquadramento avverrà nel profilo professionale di Collaboratore Tecnico Enti di Ricerca (livello VI). Il bando di concorso è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 79 del 04.10.2019. We are looking for three IT technician profiles to contribute to the development of an innovative European research infrastructure aimed at integrating data and services in the domain of solid Earth sciences. Integration takes place through an advanced system, the Integrated Core Services (ICS), which allows users to search, download, and analyze data from scientific communities through a single map-based web platform and interface using geolocated data.

The call is funded by the EPOS-MIUR project. The contract duration is one year, with the possibility of renewal. The position will be classified under the professional profile of Collaboratore Tecnico Enti di Ricerca (level VI). The public call was published in the Italian Official Gazette no. 79 of 04.10.2019.
